What type of patient do you accept?

We accept all patients.

After I request the Xray in this website, can my patient do directly to your premise?

Please wait for us to call the patient for the appointment. We will give the appointment to your patient at the earliest date available.

What document should my patient bring together for radiology appointment?

Just their Malaysian Identification Card (IC) or passports.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. Our patients shall pay using cash or credit cards.

How long should I expect to get the histopathology result after I sent the specimen?

Please allow 7 working days for you to receive the result via the website.

Do I need to register to be able to request for the services you offered?

Yes, you will need to register first before making a request.

If I sent a patient for an xray, do I need to come too?

No, only your patient is required to come. We will contact you by phone should any inquiry arise.

Would my patient will be registered automatically when I referred to your clinic?

No, your patient will only be registered if they were referred to any of our specialists. If they were referred for an xray or others, they will not be registered as our patient.

If I sent for lab work, would I be able to talk to the incharged technician to discuss?

Yes, please request for direct communication, he or she will get in touch with you.
